Service and beta
RAYTHIA LLC provides business management software. Beta access may be limited to invited or selected businesses and is intended for evaluation. Availability and features may change during testing. Any separate signed agreement with a business also applies. The initial geographic scope is Florida; additional US states have not yet been selected. Health-data or biometric-data processing and use by children under 13 are outside the planned Beta scope.
Free beta and paid-plan consent
The RAYTHIA private Beta is offered at no charge to up to five selected participating businesses based in the United States until RAYTHIA officially communicates its end. Beta participation does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. No subscription charges will be imposed without the business expressly accepting a paid plan and its applicable terms. When the Beta ends, participating businesses may choose whether to accept an offered paid plan or discontinue use, subject to the applicable account closure and data handling procedures.
Accounts and authorization
Account holders are responsible for using accurate registration details, protecting access credentials and assigning permissions only to authorized personnel. Do not access another business’s workspace or information without authorization.
Business data and communications
Participating businesses are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of the data they submit and for obtaining any notices or permissions required to communicate with their customers. WhatsApp and other connected services may impose additional terms.
AI-assisted features
AI classifications, translations and suggestions are aids to human decision-making and may be inaccurate. Users should review important commercial, financial or customer-facing outputs before acting on them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, send unauthorized messages, or attempt to bypass access controls or company isolation.
Service changes and contact
The beta may be updated, limited or discontinued subject to applicable agreements and law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions about these terms contact security@raythia.com.
